What is recorded
A live assessment stores the invited email, candidate reference, verified account identifier, submitted answers, save and submission times, task variant, marks and employer review notes. It does not record your camera, microphone, keystrokes or browsing history.
Who can see it
The employer account that created the campaign can read its candidate records. You can access your own saved response, submission receipt and reviewed feedback. Other candidates and unrelated employer accounts cannot access your response.
How the work is assessed
Practical answers are checked against the supplied task data. A person reviews written judgement. The result is a work sample for discussion, not an automated hiring recommendation. Speed and additional suggested time are not scoring inputs.
Corrections, adjustments & deletion
Contact the employer using the contact address shown in your invitation or assessment brief for questions, adjustments or a request to delete your response. Employers can export records and permanently delete a campaign’s candidate data from their workspace. Submission locks editing, so raise any correction with the employer.
Service providers
When live access opens, Google or Facebook and Supabase provide sign-in. Assessment records are held in the site’s server database. Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout; payment card data is not collected in assessment forms.
Demo data
The public demo contains fictional candidates and stores changes only in this browser session. Use fictional references and work samples. No invitation is emailed, no employer receives a submission and no payment is taken in the demo.
Before the live pilot
Live assessment access remains disabled while account setup, the commercial offer and the operator’s retention and privacy terms are finalised. Those terms and the employer contact must be available before real candidates are invited.
