Calendar: Monday to Friday, no holidays. Day 0 is Wed 14 Oct 2026 start; day 8 is Fri 23 Oct close. Durations use whole working days. Only finish-to-start, zero lag and zero-duration milestones are supported.
CA-WM maps all ten bay budgets to activity P. Excavation, final system testing and kiosk costs are outside this control account.
Show a short worked example
An activity started before Friday and needs two more working days. Record its actual start and two days of remaining work. The remaining work starts after the Friday cut-off, once unfinished predecessors allow it. Do not convert installed percentage into duration.

An actual date records an event supported by evidence. Remaining duration is a forecast of the work and availability still needed after the cut-off.
