Replace two 250 kW CRAH units serving an operational data hall. Three units are installed; the IT cooling requirement is 500 kW. Permanent units, chilled-water interfaces and temporary continuity measures need separate pricing boundaries.

Build the permanent replacement rate and establish what the cooling and isolation strategy requires beyond it.

The pricing return must distinguish measured agreed work, proposed rates and unresolved items. Do not present a subtotal containing omissions as the complete call-off price.
